Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation policy applicable to the contracting of tourist accommodation services during high season, which includes: Easter, May 1st holiday, Sant Joan holiday, July and August stays, September 11th holiday, October 12th holiday, All Saints, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

• If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 60 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 30 and 59 days before the arrival date, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 15 and 29 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will apply:

a) Reservation for two or fewer days: 60% of the total price of the stay.

b) Reservation for more than two days and up to seven days: 50% of the total price of the stay.

c) Reservation for more than seven days: 40% of the total price of the stay.

The non-refunded deposit will be considered as an amount withheld towards the corresponding penalty.

2. Cancellation policy for stays during low season (includes days/periods not included in section 1))

• If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation 30 days or more before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the user requests the cancellation of the reservation between 20 and 29 days before the arrival date, 80% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the cancellation of the reservation is requested between 11 and 19 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• If the cancellation of the reservation is made within 10 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded and the following penalties will apply:

a) Reservation for two or fewer days: 60% of the total price of the stay.

b) Reservation for more than two days and up to seven days: 50% of the total price of the stay.

c) Reservation for more than seven days: 40% of the total price of the stay.

The non-refunded deposit will be considered as an amount withheld towards the corresponding penalty.

3. Compensation for early departure.

When users of the establishment leave the reserved unit before the scheduled departure date, the following clauses will apply:

a) Stay of two or fewer days: 100% of the total price of the stay may be required.

b) Stay of more than two days and up to seven days: 70% of the total price of the stay may be required.

c) Stay of more than seven days: 60% of the total price of the stay may be required.
